Our Track and Field Developmental Program is designed to enhance athletes’ performance by focusing on key areas such as running mechanics, event-specific skills, and overall athletic improvement.

1. Running Mechanics

  • Drills: Incorporation of drills to improve posture, stride length, and frequency.

The Grit Athletics Track and Field Summer Program is an exciting and comprehensive initiative designed to empower young athletes.
